Ethiopia and Jordan said that they will strengthen their cooperation in the field of tourism

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and Jordan announced that they will continue to strengthen their bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism.

The Jordanian Tourism, Religion and Education Seminar was organized by the country's embassy.

Minister of Tourism, Ambassador Nasise Chali, who spoke at the event, said that Ethiopia and Jordan, which have historical bilateral relations, will work to strengthen their cooperation in the field of tourism.

He said that an agreement has been reached with the Jordanian Minister of Tourism to work together on tourism investment, promoting tourism destinations, preparing tourism packages and capacity building.

According to the Minister of Tourism of Jordan, Mekram Mustafa, Jordan and Ethiopia are countries with strong friendship that has lasted for several years.

He stated that the tourism sector is one of the ways to bring this partnership to a better level, and the information we received from the ministry indicates that his country is committed to strengthening cooperation and working together in various fields in the sector.

It is known that the Minister of Tourism of Jordan and his envoy have come to Ethiopia for a two-day working visit.
