The head of government of Benishangul Gumuz region, Mr. Ashadli Hassan, said that the contribution of the whole of Ethiopia to the current results of the dam was significant. He said that the people and government of Benishangul Gumuz region have made many contributions to the construction of the dam area, starting from maintaining peace.

 

The top leaders of the region have expressed their happiness that the construction of the Great Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which has reached more than 93 percent, is not only the hope of Ethiopians, but also that the actual service delivery time has come true.

 

It is stated that the members of the regional cabinet who visited the dam will review the general performance report of the region for the first quarter tomorrow.
