Clothing, with cloth

When we think of baptism, we think of God humbly being baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River. So this God Himself, being the One Lord and All-Knowing Teacher, lowered Himself to the feet of the disciples who followed Him and learned under His feet.

He bent down and washed their dusty, cracked, swollen and bruised feet from so much walking. He dried their feet with a cloth. As Lord and Teacher, he did this to them and taught them to love each other. It was written in the Gospel to be a lesson for the rest of the world and for us. They received fellowship because they allowed him to wash their feet. And it became their lot with the Lord. The God of humility, the omniscient, the lord of all lords, the possessor of all powers, the savior of the world, the one to whom all submit and worship, he was found at the feet of the apostles.

The Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church also holds this tradition and humbly picks up from the patriarch on Masee Thursday and bows down to wash each other's feet with absolute humility. This show will appeal to devotees of any religion.

When I heard the news of Tewahedo's unity, I was very happy for a reason. Now, when I see something happening that divides the unity of the united, I feel sorry for her. I share the pain of the believers who are saddened by this incident. This ancient church has its own dogma and canon. What made her stay strong was the protection of her pillar. The church has gone through the last thousand years not as a bed for her; She is facing many challenges. A person who has seen the path of the ages and the history of religion; He believes that she will solve this current problem in a clever way.

Because her real fathers are not only dressed in beautiful clothes, but also don't fail to make their belts clean. Their will is heavenly, not earthly. Their hearts say, "Who do I owe?" Not bye, but "I have God's trust!" It's bye. They do not see their brother with spiritual eyes, but with physical eyes. They do not work for one house, but for two. When they were appointed and elected, they said, "Okay! What happened to me! By my hand!” Instead of saying, "How can this happen to me?" They humbly respond to news not only from humans but also from angels. "I am the slave of God" is their answer even if they enter the place where they are engaged. When they were ordered to do some work, they said, "I am a useless slave!" They don't brag saying, "I am the right person for this position, for this job."

Every problem is not solved by separation and division but by unity. But for that to be a reality, it is necessary to approach with humble hearts, to talk with absolute spirituality, to discuss with brotherly feelings and above all to pass a decision that benefits the Ethiopian Orthodox Church.

Perfect love cancels hatred, separation and division!
