She said that although she wanted to study KG for three years, schools were reluctant to accept her, but later when she got an opportunity to study 1st grade, she took advantage of the opportunity and started studying.

 

After many ups and downs, her father was able to convince the schools that she could write with her feet and let her continue her studies.

 

From 1st grade to 12th grade, while her classmates write by hand, Ajaiba writes with her feet and passes the exams and reaches the exam that will send her to another chapter.

 

Ajaiba has gone through challenging situations to qualify for the 12th grade national exam this year.

 

She says that from 1st to 4th grade, she sat at the desk where her classmates were writing and went through difficult situations that are hard to imagine.

 

In her classroom, the seat was low and the writing desk was high, so she wrote even though she was struggling to connect her leg to the desk.

 

Now, a seat and writing desk were made for her so that she could sit down and write, and she did not have much trouble connecting her notebook and her pen.

 

Ajaiba says that when she moved to secondary school, she had a lot of trouble because the school was far from her neighborhood and she needed a helper to go from one transport to another.

 

She says that while she was riding in taxis and Bajaj, she was being mugged by many people when she gave them her money on her feet.

 

Ajaiba, who says that she is "neither smart nor lazy", said that she scores 80 percent in her studies and said that she is an average student.

 

Ajaiba, who says that she lives in Addis Ababa with her sisters, says with a voice full of hope that despite her economic problems, it will not stop her from reaching her dreams.

 

She stated that the benefit of the 12th grade national exam being given by the university in reducing plagiarism is not easy.

 

It may not be convenient for her to do the test away from her family and home when she needs help; But she said hopefully she will overcome the problem and work to reach a good level.

 

Ajaiba, who says that it is not the fact that a person has a physical disability, but the psychological damage that affects the mind of many.
