“Qin Leboch”, literary translated as “Kind Hearts”, is a hidden camera TV show that intends to explore the real responses of the society in real situations of conflict, illegal activities or incidents of susceptibilities. Each program features actors acting out scenes of conflict or illegal activity in public settings while hidden cameras record the scene, and the focus is on whether or not bystanders intervene, and how. As it is designed to promote positive behavior and good go-getters, it also features a studio segment to endorse constructive comments and postings on social media, and reward a certain amount of money.

• 2016 is the year we will continue Ethiopia's success, Deputy Prime Minister Temeseng Tiruneh said. The Deputy Prime Minister reviewed the 2016 performance and 2017 plan of the institutions responsible to the Prime Minister. He stated that in 2017, the government will focus on bringing about change in good governance. He said that peace and security operations will continue to be strengthened.
