The Office of the First Lady today signed an agreement to build 4 more boarding schools for the blind in various regional cities.
The agreement was signed with the Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Foundation of the United Arab Emirates, according to the office.
The agreement was signed by First Lady Zinash Tayachewna and the Foundation’s Director General, Muhammad Haji Al-Khouri.
