zeman Bank announced that it had 2.1 billion Birr in net profit in the 2014 fiscal year.

The chairman of the bank's board of directors, Ermias Eshetu, presented the 2014 performance report.

 

In the completed 2014 fiscal year, they plan to make a profit of 2.21 billion birr and stated that 2.1 billion birr has been found.

 

He said that this is 95% of the plan and the same profit was recorded as 47.9% more than the previous year.

 

In the fiscal year 2021-2022, it collected 7.9 billion birr deposits and managed to reach 26.9 billion birr deposits by June 2022.

 

He said that the amount of loans given by the bank to various economic sectors reached 21.4 billion birr in June 2022.

 

He said this is an increase of 7.2 billion compared to the previous year.

 

He stated that the foreign currency gain was 502 million dollars for customers engaged in income and export trade as well as investment flow.

 

The total assets of the bank reached 35.1 billion at the end of June 2022, which showed a growth of 39.6 percent compared to the previous year.

 

He said the bank will focus on carrying out 20 information technology projects, raising funds, increasing foreign currency acquisition and lending, and other issues.
