According to various local media reports, the actor has been ill and has been undergoing treatment for weeks.

 

The artist, known by his nickname Baba, did not say what the cause of his illness was.

 

He has acted in about forty films, Brother Jacob, Laundry Boy, Martreza, Mechish-Arada Son 2, Mogunu Arada Son 4 are some of the popular ones among the movie audiences.

 

Some of the movies that the artist has starred in include, One Two, Birr Rrrr, Guwe Aysuke, Vfeme Stope, Like a joke, Gote Ader, Fatherland.

 

It is also reported that the artist Tarikhi Birhanu is the father of one child.

 

Many fans of the artist expressed their grief on various social media and said, "We are saddened by his death at a young age when he could still work."
