Born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, Yahya moved to America when he was 18 years old. He attended Princeton University in New Jersey for his undergraduate degree in engineering and his master's degree in architecture. After working in America for about nine years, they moved to Dubai Emirates in 1996 due to a job opportunity in the field of senior designer.

 

57-year-old Yahya, who has been in Dubai for twenty-five years; When they got the job offer and headed to the place, they never thought that I would stay this long. Today, they lead a happy life, watching the skyscrapers pass by, the fine art of their hands.

 

The tower, which rests on twenty-five thousand square meters in a triangular shape, will provide a 360-degree panoramic view from the glass-enclosed top floor, which will allow you to view famous landmarks such as the Palm Jumeirah Island.

 

Yahya says that this beautiful and modern building is more energy efficient. It is 25 percent more energy efficient than similar buildings.
