Born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan, Yahya moved to America when he was 18 years old. He attended Princeton University in New Jersey for his undergraduate degree in engineering and his master's degree in architecture. After working in America for about nine years, they moved to Dubai Emirates in 1996 due to a job opportunity in the field of senior designer.

Yahya says that this beautiful and modern building is more energy efficient. It is 25 percent more energy efficient than similar buildings.
