Responsibility is a great responsibility. Responsibility is honor, trust, and election.

We know that the problems of our people are timeless. With the time and opportunity we have been given, we have harvested our talent and added something at the top and bottom of the year; We're our 24/7 guide out and about. We have coordinated many people, looked down on those who do not have reminders and observers. We have also raised the hopes of many citizens. We have worked together to make our city beautiful and new. We have left footprints that announce our era of change that brings hope.

Although we have gained a lot in our journey, we also know that there are things we have missed and failed to achieve. We have seen that tares do not disappear from the midst of the wheat. In general, we fully understand that we have to do a lot in terms of our people's need for change and living conditions.

Of course, the people we serve do not ask us more than we can; When we work, we are freed from the bowels; The one who helps us when we lack, the one who punishes us when we lack; He who makes us like a parent when he is superior; When we get up for work, he stands beside us with his bowels tied; balanced; It is an intelligent and great people who will judge us fairly and give us what we deserve.

We are still learning from our strengths, correcting our shortcomings, fixing our gaps and preparing for better results in the future. We are motivated more than ever to achieve our mission with greater determination. We will continue to learn from our people, benefit from our actions, work together for better results and ensure the benefit of our people!!
