Cross-border youth volunteers from various parts of Ethiopia began volunteering in Addis Ababa today.

Addis Ababa City Administration Youth and Sports Bureau Head, Abraham Tadesse, on his part said, "Welcome to Addis Ababa, the city of peace, love, solidarity and unity.

 

"As Ethiopians, we are a people of great value and we will work hand in hand to ensure the prosperity of Ethiopia by doing good deeds for the future of Ethiopia," he said.

 

Cross-border youth volunteers from all parts of the country have volunteered to travel around the border, planting seedlings and renovating municipal buildings in Addis Ababa.
