Faida App Launched

 

#Ethiopia | The National Identity Program (NIP) today launched a Faida app that includes Faida services.

 

The app was developed by the institution’s experts and was launched to the citizens today on Android and iOS operating systems.

 

Ebenezer Feleke, the National Identity Program’s Strategic Communications Advisor, said that the app has undergone various tests and security checks.

 

He said the mobile app will enable the public to use Faida digital identity services in a technology-supported and efficient manner.

 

The app will allow citizens to retrieve their lost or undelivered Faida numbers, print Faida digital ID cards, and request card printing, EZA reported.

 

It was also pointed out that if there is any incorrect information when registering with the relevant body to obtain a digital ID, it will create a situation where they can correct the information on their phone. #FMC
