Addis Ababa, November The administration of the city has announced that it has completed preparations to celebrate Nationalities and Peoples Day in Hawasa on November 29.

 

In the statement made by Hawassa City Mayor Assistant Professor Tsagaye Tuke regarding the celebration of the festival, he pointed out that the city administration and the people have been making preparations for the celebration of the festival with special attention.

 

Stating that the 17th Nationwide National Day will be hosted by Sidama region, he said that the day will be celebrated in a bright manner as it is the day when the unity of the Ethiopian people is confirmed.

 

Therefore, Hawassa has completed the necessary preparations to celebrate the festival which is the basis of peace and development for the people of all regions and is ready to welcome guests.
