Dr. Lea said that foreign currency instability and conflict are problems encountered in the implementation and implementation of the Global Fund. Dr. Lea said that the supply problems encountered should be solved and he appreciated the participation of partner organizations in the performance and implementation of the Global Fund.

Dr. Abera stated that the strengthening of the laboratory system at the national level and the strengthening of quality inspection operations and the digitization of the health management information system have also been done.

 

Dr. Abera said that the fact that the distribution of vaccines is going well is encouraging even though the covid epidemic is on the rise.

 

The Director of the Ministry of Health, Dr. Derje Duguma, stated that the Global Fund report will be included in the implementation plan for health protection, and stated that the implementation of the Global Fund is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Health. Dr. Dereje said that the Ministry of Health will work to solve problems such as Covid, drought and other problems faced at the national level.
