Taking the law requiring salaried employees to contribute from their salaries to a so-called risk fund as a starting point, we asked how this is viewed from the perspective of legislative principles.

The deductions from a salaried employee's monthly income include:

Up to 35% income tax
7% pension contribution
15% value-added tax (deducted when accessing various services, including mobile banking, and purchasing products)

As a result, only 43% of the salary remains in the employee's hands.

Additionally, inflation, which is 15% according to government data, further erodes the remaining amount.

Moreover, the issuance of a law mandating additional deductions from salaried employees is said to contradict the science of legislation, which states that laws should provide significant benefits with minimal harm. Such laws are criticized for exacerbating people's problems.
