Dashen won "The Bunker" award for the 13th time

#Ethiopia For the second year in a row, The Banker magazine, which evaluates banks on various performance parameters and is published by the British Financial Times, has been selected as the 2023 Ethiopia winner for the 13th time in a row.

Our bank's creation of financial inclusion by making small loans and savings accessible together with Ethio Telecom is one of the achievements that enabled it to win the 2023 Zebanker Award. Our bank launched with its technology partner Egline 'Dube Ale', a technology-enabled guarantee and loan service for consumers and small business operators, which was another achievement that led to the award.

The multi-currency and contactless prepaid international card we recently launched with MasterCard is among the other reasons our bank won the award.

The CEO of our bank Mr. Asfawu Alemu received the award in London.

The British magazine The Banker has been a highly accepted and recognized publication in the international banking field since 1926 in Europe.
