Our company has successfully completed the three-year strategy called BRIDGE and started the fiscal year with a fresh start, with a new vision to become a leading digital service provider beyond connectivity. By aligning goals and facing and overcoming the complex and multi-faceted challenges we faced at the time, we were able to achieve very encouraging results.

In particular, the management and employees who paid a price in restoring our services that were interrupted in various parts of our country should be highly praised, and the efforts made by both the management and the employees to increase the number of customers and reduce unnecessary expenses to make our company profitable is an effective, very active and intensive task that should be continued!

In the past year, we achieved 98.6% of our plan by reaching 70 million users of our services and achieved 96% of our plan by earning 33.8 billion birr. In the middle of the fiscal year, in addition to the multi-faceted efforts made by our company to expand income options, it was possible to save 3.5 billion birr by implementing the (DO2SAVE) strategy to make proper use of expenses. This will greatly help our collective efforts to make our company profitable.
