Alert Comprehensive Specialized Hospital is going to start offering prescription glasses to patients at low cost.

He also announced that the hospital is expanding its well-known ophthalmology services.

With this, he stated that he is going to start providing the spectacles that are being charged at an inflated price in the market at a low price to the underprivileged sections of the society by preparing the optical workshop he opened at the hospital.

It is said that the patients who received eye treatment at Alert Hospital and were prescribed contact lenses were having difficulty in getting the prescribed contact lenses due to the high cost.

The optical workshop for the assembly of spectacles, which was built in 3 and a half months with the financial support of CBM, a German humanitarian institution, was inaugurated today and opened for use.

Apart from this, Alert Comprehensive Specialized Hospital has also inaugurated units where it can start new ophthalmology services.

He also said that he is working with a plan to start an eye treatment service for children in the near future.
