The Ethiopian athletics team that will participate in the World Cross Country Championship in Australia has been awarded.

The Ethiopian delegation participating in the 44th World Cross Country Championship has been awarded.

 

The Ethiopian Athletics Federation has announced that 28 male and female athletes have been recruited from the waiting list for the 40th Jan Meda International Cross Country Championship, which will be held in Australia - Batrus City from February 11.

 

The award ceremony for the participating athletes was held last night, Saturday, January 4, 2015 at the Swiss Inn Nexus Hotel.

 

Athletes entrusted the national flag of Ethiopia.

 

At the awarding ceremony, the Minister of Culture and Sports, Daeta Worknesh Buru, attended the ceremony and conveyed his best wishes.

 

Ethiopian Athletics Federation President Assistant Commissioner Derartu Tulu and members of the IAF Executive Committee, the office representative and management committee members, invited guests were present and the Federation President Assistant Commissioner Derartu Tulu encouraged the athletes to return with a bright victory as before.
