In keeping with our promise to the public, we have built many people-oriented development projects in 60/90 days to be used for public service.

 

Today, people-oriented development projects completed in 90 days by Bole sub-city administration have been completed.

 

Addis Ababa City Council Speaker Mrs. Buzena Alkedir, Addis Ababa Deputy Mayor Mr. Jantarar Abai and Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa City Manager Mr. Tolatu Yeyen were present in the presence of various senior officials of the city administration, which were built at a cost of more than 323 million birr in Bole sub-district. It has been possible to inaugurate human-oriented development projects.

 

The 85 projects that were completed today were built with the participation of the city administration, the district, private investors and the community.

 

Addis Ababa City General Manager Ato Tolatu Yene, acting as Deputy Mayor, said that the development projects are important for job creation, to relieve the economic pressure caused by the high cost of living, and for the appearance of the city and the personality building of the youth.

 

It was also mentioned that in the last 90 days, the renovation of buildings that make government services more accessible and streamlined.

 

It has been stated that the works to make the operation of institutions supported by technology have been carried out.

 

The completed projects include the construction of housing for the indigent, local bread and vegetable shops, food centers, cattle and chicken breeding sheds, public beautification, children's playgrounds and sports facilities, among other works carried out under the 90-day plan.
