It is said that an agreement has been reached to import products from the region in quantity and quality to solve the problem.

 

It was also stated that an agreement has been reached with the government to make it widely accessible to the public through consumer associations and the Sunday market.

 

The minister of state for trade and regional affairs, the leaders of Oromia and Amhara regions and the deputy commissioner of the Ethiopian Cooperatives Commission were present at the announcement.
