The mayor said that by doing this, we should continue to defeat the futile ambitions of the enemy.

 

Residents, government structures, members of the People's Army organized in each area, Addis Ababa, Federal and Oromia Special Zone security bodies, consumer cooperatives expressed their gratitude for their contribution to make the turning-of-the-year festival start and end peacefully from the eve.

 

He said that there are parties who have been planning and coordinating to disrupt the peace of the city by committing various crimes in the city, causing a shortage of market supply and putting the society under tension by causing inappropriate price inflation.

 

However, the mayor said that the celebration was peaceful due to the failure of all parties, "We learn from this that our unity is the secret of our victory."

 

He also called on us to strengthen our joint efforts to make the entire movement of the city and its surroundings peaceful and stable, especially in the following periods, including the celebration of various religious and public holidays.
