The Ministry of Mines and the Public Procurement and Property Authority have issued a joint press release regarding the disposal of unserviceable assets accumulated by government institutions and individuals.

It was indicated in the statement that scrap metals, unserviceable vehicles and machinery stored in the budget offices of the federal government should be offered for sale only to metal processing industries.

In addition to this, pieces of aluminum whose price was set to be sold at 108.65 Birr per kilo, from September 12, 2015. It has been decided to sell them at 120 birr.

It is known that the government's decision to sell out-of-service vehicles to steel manufacturing industries will greatly alleviate the shortage of resources for steel manufacturing factories, and the institutions that will implement the implementation for the factories are the Ministry of Mines and the Ministry of Finance.

It is said that the Ministry of Mines will contribute to the reduction of the country's annual expenditure on steel procurement by selling the non-serviceable iron ore stored by government institutions to all steel producing factories.

When it arrived, it was beautiful
