#Ethiopia Akufada Microfinance Institute SA has announced in a statement given today at Ras Amba Hotel in Addis Ababa that it will open its institution in Debrebrhan on October 12, 2015.

 

Akufada Microfinance Institution SA is a small financial institution established by 6 organizers and 1 thousand 886 shareholders with 21 million paid in capital and 33 million signed capital in accordance with the instructions and regulations of the National Bank of Ethiopia.

 

Mr. Robel Nguse, the chairman of the board of the institution, said that the institution is a financial institution that plays a unique role in providing credit services at affordable interest rates to the low-income sections of society who cannot access banking services.

 

In addition to this, it has been stated that he has prepared loans with low interest payments for youths and women, as well as for students in different fields of study who are unable to pay tuition fees.

 

The institution has announced that various invited guests will be present at the opening ceremony on October 12th in Debrebrahan and announced that it plans to open 30 branches within 6 months of its opening.
