A new one-stop service has been launched with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the services provided and enhancing customer satisfaction.

We have learned that this new "One-Center" digital government service hub is providing, through digital and technological assistance, services from various institutions in a centralized manner.

Mr. Yonas Alemayehu, the Director of the Addis One-Center Digital Government Service, stated that the 13 institutions are divided into three sectors: the Economic Sector, the Housing and Transport Sector, and the Land and Construction Sector.

It is stated that the "MesoB" system was developed domestically by the Ethiopian Artificial Intelligence Institute.

The Addis One-Center Digital Government Service is located in a building in the former Arada district of Addis Ababa.

Director Mr. Yonas Alemayehu announced that they plan to open nine branches in the future.
