The construction of Triple-E Hotel and Spa in Bole sub-city district 03/22, commonly known as Downtown, started in June 2010 and was completed in four years. On 14th 2015, he officially graduated.

The construction of the hotel was carried out by its sister company, MBF Construction Company, which has a lot of experience in the construction sector at home and abroad, and Nor Hotel and Tourism Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is involved in consulting the hotel. It is equipped with bar, restaurant, cafeteria, roof top open bar and pizzeria, sauna, steam bath, Moroccan massage, gymnasium, hairdressing salon for women and men.
