Menta Menged - Part 4 (Kana TV Drama).

The first Ethiopia International Tamar Festival will be held from Nahase 20 to 22 in Semera city, Afar region, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.

The festival is co-organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, the United Arab Emirates, and the Khalifa International Award for Date and Agricultural Innovation.

State Minister of Agriculture, Meles Mekonnen (Ph.D.), stated that the inaugural #Tamar_Festival will encourage Ethiopia to work intensively in the sector.

They noted that Ethiopia imports a large quantity of dates annually, and the government has a plan to replace this with domestic production; the festival will also create momentum.

Abdulwahab Al Buhari (Ph.D.), Secretary-General of the Khalifa International Award for Date and Agricultural Innovation, stated that they will support and work alongside Ethiopia's efforts in the sector.

It is stated that 40 international and national institutions will participate in the festival.
