The director of EDI (Eastern Development Initiative) Ato Girma Tufa said that by using these favorable conditions, awareness work should be done to transform informal trade into regular economic trade; He stated that by quickly facilitating the conditions and procedures for people to voluntarily enter into legal and formal business, our people should come to a formal and legal business system in order to develop themselves and the country by renting the business centers prepared by the government for the economic development of our country and safe and secure businesses.

 

Formal and informal traders, importers and exporters as well as leaders of trade, industry and investment offices were present at the meeting.
