"In Addis Ababa, 49,203 students have registered to take the exam" - Addis Ababa Education Bureau

 

The Addis Ababa City Administration Education Office has held a discussion with the leaders of the higher education institutions where the exam will be held regarding the preparation of the 12th grade national exam in 2014.

 

The Ministry of Education announced earlier that this year's exam will be held nationwide from September 30/2015 in higher education institutions.

- Addis Ababa University;

- Kotebe Education University;

- Civil Service University

- It is stated that preparatory work is being done to provide Addis Ababa University of Science and Technology.

 

The head of Addis Ababa City Administration Education Office, Dr. Zelema Mulatu, stated that this year the exam will be given for the first time in the premises of higher education institutions.

 

He pointed out that since the exam determines the next phase of students' life, the institutions where the exam is given in Addis Ababa and other stakeholders concerned should make the necessary preparations.

 

In Addis Ababa, it was announced that 49,203 students have registered to take the exam and the exam will start from September 30th, when the social science students will be tested first and the natural science students will be tested next.
