The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the decision to shut down or sell TikTok in the United States starting Sunday.

Today, the US Supreme Court has given its support to the federal law that requires Tiktok to be closed or sold in the US.

'TikTok' appealed but was rejected.

Previously, it was decided that the app should not be banned or sold to the American people because it "hands over the personal information of Americans to the Chinese government. This is a threat to national security."

Today, the Supreme Court upheld the earlier decision.

Following this decision, 'TikTok' will be banned from Sunday.

New users cannot download 'TikTok'; Existing users cannot update.

President-elect Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court to save Tiktok and postpone the decision to ban it, but the court passed the final decision.

The outgoing Biden administration said, "It is the responsibility of the next administration to implement the law."

Trump, who tried to delay the ban of 'TikTok', will take office on Monday. Implementation of the law is also entrusted to them.
