#Ethiopia Federal Housing Corporation is a government development agency engaged in housing development and management and managed by its own revenue. It is an institution that mainly reinvests the income collected from commercial and residential properties managed by Addis Ababa and Dredawa city administrations for housing development.

In accordance with the authority given by law, our corporation is implementing the commercial and residential properties it manages in a consistent manner according to the clear guidelines of housing management.

Therefore, Awash FM radio station, in accordance with the commercial law, through the ``sale of a business'' from the former tenant of the corporation, bought the ``good name'' from Zami radio station, and bought four commercial houses that were used by Zami radio station in the Ambassador building under the name of Awash FM radio station. It will be recalled that the station went into operation after the two organizations approved the contract of "sale of business" and submitted it to the corporation.

However, Awash FM radio station entered into a contract to pay the monthly rent set for the business at its own request, but for using public and government resources illegally and seeking additional rights in a way that is not consistent with our honorable customers, the radio station is unable to pay the monthly rent for more than 10 months. The corporation has been issuing repeated reminders and warnings.

Awash Radio station is using the easy access of the public as an opportunity to use the power of the media in an illegal way, and the station is carrying out a defamation campaign against the good name and reputation of the corporation.

 We have been able to observe that this is an effort being made to stop the corporation's legal activities to fulfill its legal responsibilities through media campaign and defamation.

The main thing that should be known is that Awash FM 90.7 Radio took over four commercial houses from Zami Radio and entered into a contract with the corporation based on the "commercial sale" contract, but unlike other similar private and government media institutions engaged in the sector, they are managed by the corporation, which are public and government assets. Besides wanting to pay the appropriate monthly rent for commercial houses, the corporation would like to inform that it is wrong to pretend that it had an old contractual agreement with the corporation.

Through the reform, our corporation has applied uniform procedures and guidelines to all its procedures, as in the past, one tenant customer does not make the other a victim, but is following legal procedure and the rule of law in all aspects. He announces that he will honor.
