Tomorrow, for the first time in three distances, our athletes will participate in the world road race in Riga, Latvia, in different distances.

 

#Ethiopia In the women's 5 km race, Elagayehu Taye and Medina Isa will compete at 5:50 p.m., while Yomif Kejelcha and Hagos G/Hyevat will compete in the men's race at 12:15 p.m.

 

Derbe Wolteji and Freweini Hailu will participate in the women's 1 mile race at 7:00; The men's race at the same distance will be held at 7:10 a.m. and Tadese Mimi will represent Ethiopia.

 

When the half marathon starts at 7:30 a.m., women's Tsige G/Selama, Lemgoja Yagal and Fatau Zerye will participate; In the men's same competition, which will be held at 8:15, Jamal Yimer, Sevet Send and Tsegaye Kidanu will compete.

 

According to the information obtained from the Ethiopian Athletics Federation, Ethiopia and Latvia have the same time schedule, and all competitions are held on a daytime schedule (EBC).
