Medrock is going to build a new project with 50 billion birr!!

Midrock Investment has announced that Hudad Real Estate is going to be built on an area of 250 thousand square meters!!

Medrock Investment Group has stated that it is going to carry out a huge real estate construction project in Mzihere Meda.

When the institute announced the program, the mayor of Addis Ababa, Mrs. Adanech Abebe, attended the event, along with senior government officials, company management and employees.

It is said that the construction will land on an area of 250,000 square meters, and the company has announced that it intends to use local products for most of the construction materials.

It will include shopping malls and buildings as well as a green footprint, an entertainment area where huge vehicles cannot enter, said the chief consultant of the construction.

It will take 5 to 7 years to build. This huge residential village called Mohammadiya is planned to be built and completed in five to seven years.

It is said that Hudad Real Estate will build the Muhammadiya Residence Village and Midrock Construction will handle the construction while Zias Architecture and Engineering will participate in the consulting process.

It is said that the project was conceived sixteen years ago and has been researched all this time.
