"The tax payment center has been changed for about 12,000 taxpayers" - Addis Ababa Revenue Bureau 

 

The Addis Ababa Revenue Bureau told Tikvah Ethiopia that it has changed the location of the Tax Center for 12,000 middle tax payers because it is difficult to make service delivery accessible and to provide efficient service due to the number of users. 

 

The communication director of the office, Mr. Bodiya Ayele, said, "The change of location was done due to the pressure of many tax payers in the place and to reduce some of it and create an opportunity for the tax payer to be able to find it nearby." 

 

The transfer was made from the Ha Building near the stadium to the Meridian Convention Center located in front of the Salite Mhret Church on Gurd Shola. 

 

In Addis Ababa, there are 11 small, 5 medium and 1 high tax payer branches and the current branch is said to be the 17th. 

 

It is said that the concerned customers of the place changer can get service from January 1/2017 by looking at their names in the file attached above.
