Deputy Prime Minister Temesenge Tiruneh had a discussion with Dr. Maximo Torero, Chief Economist of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. 

 

In their conversation; In Ethiopia's effort to modernize its agricultural system, FAO's technical and financial support is important. 

 

The Deputy Prime Minister on his social media page. He said that we have reached an understanding with Dr. Maximo Torreira about the issues that can be worked with the institute to overcome the challenges in Ethiopian agriculture and to take advantage of the opportunities that exist.

 

Deputy Prime Minister Temesenge Tiruneh Fao expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Federal Government for the multifaceted support he is giving to Ethiopia's agricultural sector.
