Addis Ababa, April 21, 2016 (FBC) The Ministry of Water and Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding with Etio Engineering Group and Apimoso, a Czech Republic company, to import, assemble and manufacture water filtration machines.

 

The agreement was signed by Minister of Water and Energy Habtamu Itefa (Dr. E/R), CEO of Ethio Engineering Group, Ambassador Suleiman Dedefo and representative of Apimoso Company, Milan.

 

The Minister of Water and Energy Ministry, Habtamu Itefa (Dr. E.R.) said that cooperation is being done with the government of the Czech Republic on the development of water resources, especially in the study of groundwater.

 

Ethio Engineering Group will bring them from the company in the future; He expressed that he has agreed to do control and support work based on the standards and regulations of the country for the water purification machines that he distributes, installs and manufactures.

 

The CEO of EthioEngineering Group, Ambassador Suleman Dedefo, said that the agreement will contribute to the transfer of knowledge and technology in the sector.

 

The Ministry's information also indicates that their facility is ready to enter the market by importing, distributing, assembling and manufacturing machinery.
